Fried banana wafers made from raw banana. Good option for evening snacks.
Ingredients:
- 1 Raw banana
- 1 Cup water
- 1 Cup vegetable oil
- Black pepper powder
- Black Salt
Recipe:
Step 1- Peel the banana and cut it into even slices. You can also use slicer
Step 2- keep the banana slices in water
Step 3- Heat oil in a deep frying pan/ kadhai. Meanwhile take out the banana slices on a kitchen towel and let it dry
Step 4- Add the slices when the oil is hot and fry on medium flame
Step 5- The slices now would have changed color and become crisp
Step 6- Take out the banana chips on a paper napkin and let it cool
Step 7- Add black pepper powder and black salt and keep them in a air tight container.
Serve with tea 🙂 Enjoy 🙂
