Chicken Thai Noodles


Cooking may be a creative art, But it’s also a wonderful full time hobby 🙂



  • 1 Packet of noodles
  • 1 Cup raw chicken
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 Cup chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 Cup chopped spring onion
  • 3 Tablespoon hone
  • 3 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 Crushed red pepper
  • Black pepper
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • Sauce (homemade)


For sauce:

Step 1- Heat oil in a pan and crushed red pepper and cook for 2minutes on medium flame

Step 2- Strain out the pepper, reserve oil and add honey and soy sauce in it and keep aside

For noodles:

Step 1-  Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken and add black pepper and salt


Step 2- Heat oil in a pan and stir fry broccoli, spring onions and onions till half fry


Step 3- While the veggies are getting fried boil noodles in a deep pan


Once noodles are cook strain with a strainer and wash with cold water


Step 4- Once the veggies are fried and noodles are cooked. Add sauce to the veggies and then mix with noodles


 You can serve noodles with chicken topping and veggies in a different plate or you can mix them all in a serving plate. Add fresh corianders.
