You must have heard this saying every time “An Apple a day keeps the doctor away”. Apples are one of the healthiest food you can add to your daily diet. They are great detox food and you can add an apple in various forms into your diet. Apple also helps to regulate your blood sugar. There are many other benefits of apple.
Cinnamon is very helpful in weight loss and also helps to boost your metabolism.

Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 2 Apple thinly sliced
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 2 Glass water
Recipe:
Step 1- Put apple slices in a deep pan and add water. Boil on low flame for 20mins
Step 2- Crush and add the cinnamon sticks and let it boil for another 15mins
Step 3- Turn off the flame and let it cool
Step 4- Take a mixer jar add the apple cinnamon mixture and blend
Step 5- Strain the blended juice into a Jar using a muslin cloth or strainer and keep in the refrigerator for 15-20mins before drinking.
Squeeze half lemon if on dieting 😉
