Garlic Paneer

“Paneer” is the star ingredient of many starter, snacks, and main dishes serve worldwide.
Garlic panner is one of the quick delicious paneer starter. This can be served as a snack, starter or as a filling in rolls, or Schezwan Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 250gm paneer cubes
  • 5-6 Garlic cloves
  • 5-6 dry red chilies
  • 1 Tsp sugar
  • Salt
  • 1 Tsp Vinegar (Optional)
  • 1/2 Cup chopped onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 Tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 Small onion (chopped in cubes or large slices)
  • 1/2 Chopped bell pepper

Recipe:
Step 1- Blend garlic cloves, dry red chilies, sugar, salt and vinegar together in a jar till smooth paste
Step 2- Heat oil in a pan and let cumin seeds crackle
Step 3- Sauté  garlic cloves for 15secs and then add chopped onions and fry till translucent
Step 4- Add the paste now and sauté till it starts leaving oil
Step 5- Now add the large onion slices and chopped bell pepper. Half fry them and add salt
Step 5- Add paneer cubes and sauté for 2-3mins and turn off the flame

You can garnish with chopped spring onions or fresh coriander leaves.
You can even serve them with Schezwan Fried Rice
