Sweet Cheela Or Dosa Of North India 😀 You can make sour or sweet according to your preference.
It requires very less ingredients- Wheat flour, jaggery, oil and water. You can substitute jaggery with sugar. Healthy breakfast recipe.
Serves 2

  • 1.5 Cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 Cup sugar (according to your level of sweetness)
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • Oil

Step 1- Mix sugar in wheat flour in a large bowl
Step 2- Add water and make a flowing batter. Just like dosa batter
Make sure that the lumps are not formed. Keep the consistency of the batter thin. Pour some water if you require to make the batter thin
Step 3- Heat a dosa tawa or pan and using a deep spoon spread the batter in round shape of 10-12 inches
Let it cook on a medium flame. Once the upper side turns brown brush some oil and flip the cheela and let it cook from another side
Step 4- Now take it out from the pan and serve with pickle or chutney
