Easy Eggless and Crispy Wheat-Cinnamon Biscuits. These are super easy to bake with less ingredients. Will not take more than 30-35mins of your time.
Make your chai/ coffee time more enjoyable with your homemade biscuits.
- 1 Cup Wheat flour
- 6 Tbsp Ghee/ Butter
- 3 Tbsp luke warm milk
- 2-3 Tbsp powdered sugar (as per your taste)
- 2 Tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1/4 Tsp baking powder
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
Step 1- Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and make lose and soft dough
Step 2- Keep the dough in the fridge for 15mins
Step 3- Now take out the dough and make a roll like chapati and cut in the biscuit shape using small katori or you can even use cap of a bottle which has a sharp edge
Step 4- Pre-heat oven at 300-302ºF (150ºC) and bake the biscuits for 10mins until light brown and crisp
Let it cool for 5-6mins and serve with coffee/ chai 🙂
Store them in a air tight jar.
