If the question is Chaat? Then Why Not! 😀 Another mouthwatering dish from street foods which we all love. A crunchy, tangy, hot, sweet and sour chaat to enjoy your day.

Serve your aloo chaat/ dahi chaat in Baked Katori Papdi

Serves 2
Ingredients:

  • 6 Baked Katori Papdi
  • 1 Boiled and chopped potato
  • 1/2 Cup boiled matar(peas) / Ragada masala
  • 1 Small onion finely chopped
  • 2 Chopped green chilies
  • 1 Small tomato finely chopped
  • 2-3 Tbsp coriander-mint chutney
  • 2-3 Tbsp Tamarind chutney
  • 1/4 Cup sweet curd/ (or add 1 tbsp sugar in curd)
  • 3 Tbsp Namkeen sev
  • Chaat masala
  • Salt as required

Recipe:
Step 1- Place the Baked Katori Papdi on a plate and pour some sweet curd, coriander-mint chutney, and tamarind chutney
Step 2- Add some boiled matar (peas)/ Ragada masala, boiled potato, chopped onion, green chilies, tomato and a pinch of salt
Step 3- Again pour some pour sweet cour, coriander-mint chutney, and tamarind chutney
Step 4- Top with namkeen sev and sprinkle some chaat masala and serve
