Chocolate Brownie

Although I don’t need a reason to eat chocolate. Chocolate is something I can eat in any form and anytime 😀 When I am Happy I eat chocolate, When I am Sad I eat chocolate, When I don’t know what to do I eat chocolate, When there is some kind of celebration I eat chocolate. 😀 Chocolate is something which is always with you in every and any kind of situation 😛 But Yes today I do have a reason to celebrate. It’s my Daddy’s Birthday 🙂 Happy Wala Birthday To You Daddy 🙂

Last time I tried choco-chip brownie which came out yummy. This time a simple Chocolate Brownie. Eat hot brownies with a scoop of your favorite ice-cream,mmmmmm Heaven! 😀

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2-1 Cup powdered sugar or as per your sweetness level
  • 1/3 Cup cocoa powder
  • 1 Tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tsp baking soda
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt (Skip salt if using salted butter)
  • 1/2 Cup cooking oil/ melted butter
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 2 Eggs

Recipe:
Step 1- In a large bowl add cocoa powder,salt(skip salt if using salted butter), baking soda and baking powder to all purpose flour
Step 2- In another bowl add cooking oil/ melted butter, egg, powdered sugar, water, vanilla extract and whisk well and add this mixture to all purpose flour mixture
Step 3- Beat the batter until mix well. Batter should be little thick. Grease a baking pan and pour the batter in it
Step 4- Preheat oven at 325ºF and bake for 30-35mins or more if required . To check the brownie insert a toothpick if it come out clean the brownie is ready. Turn off the oven and remove the pan. Let it cool and then remove in a plate and cut into brownie size pieces
