An exotic, spicy and flavorful dish which can be prepared within 30mins. An easy and healthy Aloo/Potato biryani. You can include more vegetables if you want. Adjust spices according to your taste buds.

You can use baby potatoes for this dish or use large potatoes and cut in cubes. Usually Biryanis are made from marinated masala. But you can skip the marination process here. This Aloo/Potato Biryani can be cooked easily and in less time.
