There are many many varieties of Biryanis, Be it Veg Biryani or Non-veg Biryani From all the recipes this is the recipe that comes to my rescue when I crave for Biryani and don’t have any meat in the fridge. An exotic, spicy and flavorful dish which can be prepared within 30mins. An easy and healthy Aloo/Potato biryani. You can include more vegetables if you want. Adjust spices according to your taste buds.
You can use baby potatoes for this dish or use large potatoes and cut in cubes. Usually, Biryanis are made from the marinated masala. But you can skip the marination process here. This Aloo/Potato Biryani can be cooked easily and in less time.
