Well although Bhindi is one of my favorite veggie but preparing the same Bhindi Fry/ Bhindi Masala/ Besan Bhindi every time, is kind of boring now. So while going through recipes of Bhindi I found this one. Gave a little twist and this yummy dish came out 🙂
A little variation in simple food makes it delicious and interesting 😀 This is also a interesting lunch box recipe which can be prepared within an hour. When you are bored of making the same Bhindi Fry/ Bhindi Masala then try this recipe and give a twist to your normal rice and bhindi masala meal.
This recipe is also a “ESCAPE MEAL” for me from making “Roti” 😛
