Most of the Indian street foods are sold in evening, but you can see the crowd at morning, lunch time, dinner time or late night. Actually anytime you go you will find crowd near street side food stalls. 😀 The taste you get in street foods are something which is missing in big restaurants. 😛

Egg fried rice is a Indo-Chinese dish. You would find Chinese foods in every corner of India streets. This is a very simple and quick recipe you can prepare within 15mins if you have leftover rice. Else it takes only 30mins to prepare this dish from scratch. Very less ingredients are required for preparing this dish.

You can use your favorite veggies for preparing this dish. Here I have used carrots, capsicum and onion in veggies. You can include spring onions, celery, cabbage and french beans also. Enjoy this dish on lazy weekends or when you have less time to prepare you meal.
