Street foods are very popular among we Indians. There is nothing like enjoying your favorite food at street side thelawalas/ stalls. I just miss Indian Street Foods. Most of the Indian street foods are sold in evening, but you can see the crowd at morning, lunch time, dinner time or late night. Actually anytime you go you will find crowd near street side food stalls. 😀 The taste you get in street foods is something which is missing in big restaurants. 😛
Egg fried rice is an Indo-Chinese dish. You would find Chinese foods in every corner of India streets. This is a very simple and quick recipe you can prepare within 15mins if you have leftover rice. Else it takes only 30mins to prepare this dish from scratch. Very fewer ingredients are required for preparing this dish.
You can use your favorite veggies for preparing this dish. Here I have used carrots, capsicum, and onion in veggies. You can include spring onions, celery, cabbage and french beans also. Enjoy this dish on lazy weekends or when you have less time to prepare your meal.
