Tutti Frutti Cake

To make this Tutti Frutti cake you need very less ingredients. Serve this cake with a cup of coffee in the morning or with your evening coffee.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 Cup tutti frutti
  • 2 Tbsp black raisins
  • 1 Tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 Tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 Tsp salt
  • 1 Cup whisked curd
  • 1/2 Cup oil
  • 3/4 Cup sugar
  • 1 Tsp vanilla essence

Recipe:

Step 1- In a mixing bowl add whisked curd, sugar, oil and vanilla essence and mix well

Step 2- In another bowl add all purpose flour, salt, tutti frutti, black raisins, baking powder and baking soda. Mix well all the the ingredients and add this mixture to wet mixture in batches. Keep beating to avoid lumps. The mixture will be thick. Do not add water

Step 3- Preheat oven at 375ºF/ 180ºC. Grease your baking tray with some oil and sprinkle some all purpose flour. Now spread the mixture evenly and bake for 30-35mins. Insert a toothpick, if it comes out clean your tutti fruti cake is ready.

Turn off the oven and remove the baking tray and let it cool for 30-40mins and then remove on a tray and cut into pieces.

You can store it for 4-5days. Enjoy this simple Tutti Frutti cake anytime you want. Enjoy as a dessert after your meal.
