Lettuce Veggie Wrap

Super healthy and tasty lettuce wrap are so quick and easy. You can make these wraps within 5mins and  also it’s a great idea for a healthy snack. Make your own versions of lettuce wrap and eat healthy. 😀

I have added boiled eggs here but if you want you can skip eggs and add paneer and enjoy.

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 1/4 Cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1/4 Cup thinly sliced red capsicum (any capsicum)
  • 1/4 Cup thinly sliced orange capsicum (any capsicum)
  • 1/4 Cup thinly sliced carrot
  • 1/4 Cup thinly sliced zucchini
  • 3-4 Tbsp finely chopped cucumber
  • 3-4 Tbsp finely chopped cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp ranch salad dressing
  • 1 Tsp oregano
  • 1 Tsp herbs (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe:

Step 1- Take all the veggies in a bowl and add olive oil, toss well. Add salad dressing and mix well

Step 2- Add oregano, herbs and mix gently

Step 3- Arrange lettuce leaves on a plate and pile the veggies in the centre. Top with eggs and serve
