I have added boiled eggs here but if you want you can skip eggs and add paneer and enjoy.

Ingredients:
- 4 Lettuce leaves
- 4 boiled eggs
- 1/4 Cup thinly sliced onion
- 1/4 Cup thinly sliced red capsicum (any capsicum)
- 1/4 Cup thinly sliced orangeĀ capsicumĀ (any capsicum)
- 1/4 Cup thinly sliced carrot
- 1/4 Cup thinly sliced zucchini
- 3-4 Tbsp finely chopped cucumber
- 3-4 Tbsp finely chopped cabbage
- 2 Tbsp ranch salad dressing
- 1 Tsp oregano
- 1 Tsp herbs (optional)
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe:
Step 1-Ā Take all the veggies in a bowl and add olive oil, toss well. Add salad dressing and mix well
Step 2-Ā Add oregano, herbs and mix gently
Step 3-Ā Arrange lettuce leaves on a plate and pile the veggies in the center. Top with eggs and serve
