Maggi Stuffed Spring Rolls

It was a hectic day and I was in no mood to prepare a whole meal. So I decided to cook my favorite and easy vegetable noodles for my dinner BUT I don’t know When?Why?And How? I ended up preparing Maggi stuffed spring rolls.🤔 And that was yummy and delicious. 😋
img_7764So do give it a try next time you cook Maggi. And enjoy this either with ketchup/ schezwan sauce/ mint-coriander chutney.

Serves 2
Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup cooked vegetable noodles
  • 1 Cup all-purpose flour
  • Water for kneading
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • Salt as required
  • Oil for deep frying

Recipe:
Step 1- In a large bowl take all purpose flour and add oil, salt and knead to a soft dough. Divide the dough into medium size balls and roll like a roti

Step 2- Put some noodles on rolled roti and roll it up. Close the edges so that the stuffing doesn’t come out while deep frying

Step 3- Heat oil in a kadhai/ deep pan and when the oil is hot put the rolls in oil and cook on low-medium flame
When the rolls are golden brown and crisped remove on a kitchen towel and cut into pieces. And serve 😊img_7763
