Maggi Stuffed Spring Rolls

It was a hectic day and I was in no mood to prepare a whole meal. So I decided to cook my favourite and easy vegetable noodles for my dinner BUT I don’t know When? Why?And How? I ended up preparing maggi stuffed spring rolls.🤔 And that was yummy and delicious. 😋

So do give it a try next time you cook maggi. And enjoy this either with ketchup/ schezwan sauce/ mint-coriander chutney.

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup cooked vegetable noodles
  • 1 Cup all purpose flour
  • Water for kneading
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • Salt as required
  • Oil for deep frying

Recipe:

Step 1- In a large bowl take all purpose flour and add oil, salt and knead to a soft dough. Divide the dough into medium size balls and roll like a roti

Step 2- Put some noodles on rolled roti and roll it up. Close the edges so that the stuffing doesn’t comes out while deep frying

Step 3- Heat oil in a kadhai/ deep pan and when the oil is hot put the rolls in oil and cook on low-medium flame

When the rolls are golden brown and crisped remove on a kitchen towel and cut into pieces. And serve 😊
