THIS is the simplest recipe for a healthy popsicle to beat the heat. You just need three ingredients..Yeah Yeah! you heard me right. 😉 Only three ingredients and Tan Ta Da…It’s ready. 😀 One fine day…actually one fine HOT day this idea came to my mind that why not try making something healthy and something chilling (not some smoothies or juice or shakes) to beat the heat at least for few hours 😛 I just Looovvveee Mangoes…it’s AAM-mazing 😀 So my Froyo lover mind suggested me to make Mango flavored Frozen Yogurt. Aaaand…What? I made it 😉 You can’t say NO to ANYTHING related to food. 😀
Fresh Mangoes= Healthy, Greek Yogurt= Healthy, Sugar= mmmm..Skip that 😛 No artificial colors or no artificial sweetener…Isn’t that great for your health and for kids too? You MUST make it now and Thank me later. 😉
- 1 Cup chopped fresh mango/ mango pulp/ frozen mango
- 1 Cup plain greek yogurt
- 2-3 Tbsp sugar/ sweetener of your choice (only if required)

Step 1- Take chopped mango, greek yogurt and sugar in a food processor and process until smooth. Or take all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and fluffy
Step 2- Pour the mixture evenly in the popsicle mold and freeze for 6-7hrs or as required.
Keep popsicle mold in a bowl full of warm water to remove easily or keep under running water. And enjoy on a HOT day.
