Admit it, we all love recipes that are easy to make in the morning and which is healthy too. This is exactly that recipe. All you need is the VERY BASIC ingredients. Trust me when I say I don’t like to eat Oats (If not masala oats obviously). But how about you make something deliciously wonderful from the same oats? 😀 Great Idea…Isn’t it? 😉
These Pancakes are made with oats and are gluten free. So enjoy these healthy pancakes on weekdays/ weekends whenever you want. As these pancakes are not so sweet so you can top it with your favorite syrup. I like mine with chocolate syrup. 🙂 Yum Yum…Yummy 🙂
Yields 4-5
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Cup oats
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- 1 1/2 Tsp baking powder
- 1 Tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup milk
- 1 1/2 Tbsp butter/ oil
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tsp vanilla essence

Recipe:
Step 1- In a grinder take oats and powder them to a fine flour
Step 2- In a bowl whisk eggs, milk, butter, sugar and vanilla essence together. Add baking powder, salt and cinnamon powder to oats flour and mix
Add the liquid mixture to the flour and combine well. The batter should be thick yet flowing

Step 3- Heat a pan and grease it with some oil. Pour a scoop of batter, do not spread it much. Spread a bit and let it cook on medium flame until done and then flip. Sprinkle some oil/ butter and cook from the other side too
You can serve it with any syrup of your choice. and enjoy the fresh homemade pancakes. 🙂
