It’s been a great San Fransisco & San Jose trip last weekend. Had so many varieties of food there that my body needs to be detoxed now. πŸ˜€ So after all that I ate and drank during my trip I decided to detox my body to make it ready for this coming weekend. πŸ˜€ Research has proven that poor digestion and unhealthy eating can cause a metabolic problem in your body and leads to weight gain. I’m sure we all knowΒ this fact. πŸ˜€ It’s time to shed some weight and remove toxins from the body. Detox water keeps you fresh throughout the day. This simple detox water can help you detox your body and combination of cucumber and mint helps you to keep cool in this summer. πŸ˜€ Try this simple detox water twice a week and detox your body and mind as well. πŸ˜€

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Litre water
  • 10-12 Slices of cucumber
  • 6-7 Mint leaves
  • 1 Lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Inch ginger, cut into Julians

Recipe:

Just add all the ingredients to water and leave overnight so that the flavors combine well. If you wish you can keep the jar in the refrigerator for chilled detox water. Next day filter the water and drink the whole day. Repeat this detox water intake twice a week.
