Though you can eat oranges and pineapple directly without the hassle of making anything with them BUT the next time when you buy these two fruits do not forget to prepare this refreshing orange-pineapple kheer. Trust me, it is simply WOW. ❤ This is different from the regular kheer, very easy and quick to make. Serves 4

  • 4 Cups of milk
  • 1/2 Cup chopped fresh orange
  • 1/2 Cup chopped fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 Cup grated coconut
  • 2-3tbsp chopped dry fruits
  • Sugar as required
  • Drops of rosewater (optional)

Step 1- Boil milk in a pan until the quantity reduces to half. Then add grated coconut and dry fruits. Let it simmer for few minutes

Step 2- Add sugar, stir it and turn off the flam. Let the milk cool down then add drops of rose water

Step 3- Once the milk has cooled then add the chopped orange and pineapple chunks. Top with some dry fruits and refrigerate for 1hr

Serve chilled with some fruit chunks and dry fruits on top. Enjoy 🙂
