It’s been a delicious foodWeek. 😀 After having those delicious cupcakes, chocolate cake, and yummy Thanksgiving meal the only thing my body needed was…cleanse. How do you all start your day? I mean the first thing you do in the morning?Ahhh…apart from using the restroom. 😀 I am sure everyone begins their day with a glass of water. Right? If no, then you must do this. It naturally helps your body to stay hydrated and boosts your metabolism. This is one of the best ways to take care of your body. So, from now onwards the first thing you must do in the morning is to consume a glass of water on an empty stomach.
Lemon water is ideal for consumption every morning on an empty stomach. Not only lemon flushes out the toxins from your system and helps in weight loss but it is also good for your glowing skin. 😉 Start your morning with a glass of this lemon and mint detox water to flush out the toxins from your body. Make this a habit to drink lemon water daily in the morning to stay young and healthy. And to give it a fresh and cooling effect add few leaves of fresh mint.
Ingredients:
- 2 Litre water
- 2 Lemons, thinly sliced
- ½ Cup mint leaves
Recipe:
Take all the ingredients in a pitcher and fill it with water. Leave overnight to allow flavors to infuse. Refrigerate if you want chilled water in the morning. Drink a glass of this infused water in the morning. Sip it throughout the day to stay hydrated and fresh.
