Simply pan-fried Tilapia with lots of veggies makes a great, quick, and easy meal. This deliciously seasoned Tilapia with lemon, garlic, and rosemary is my and hubby’s favorite dinner when we ran out of groceries or ran out of dinner options. 😀
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 2 Tilapia fish fillets
- 4-5 Lemon wedges
- 1 Tbsp garlic, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp rosemary
- 2 Tbsp butter
- Salt as required

Recipe:
Step 1- Heat butter in a large skillet pan. Add garlic and rosemary to the hot butter and when garlic turns golden brown cook the tilapia on medium flame
Step 2- Sprinkle salt as required and cook from both the sides until golden brown and the fish is well cooked. Turn off the flame and transfer the fried fish to a plate. In the same pan, roast your favorite veggies and serve with pan seared Tilapia and enjoy
