Hello there! It’s me again with my easy-peasy, no cook, hassle-free breakfast recipe. It’s still so hot here that I don’t feel like eating anything for the breakfast other that smoothie or sandwiches (or until he cooks something for me πŸ˜‰ ). From last few days, I am having this berry smoothie or overnight oats with berries for breakfast. No, I am not celebrating any Berry week. πŸ˜€ These gorgeous looking berries were on sale at the nearby store and IΒ bought quite a big batch of these fruits.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup blueberries, frozen or fresh
  • 1 Cup strawberry, frozen or fresh
  • 1Β Β½ Cup low-fat milk or almond milk
  • ΒΎ Cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
