Hello there! It’s me again with my easy-peasy, no cook, hassle-free breakfast recipe. It’s still so hot here that I don’t feel like eating anything for the breakfast other that smoothie or sandwiches (or until he cooks something for me 😉 ). From last few days, I am having this berry smoothie or overnight oats with berries for breakfast. No, I am not celebrating any Berry week. 😀 These gorgeous looking berries were on sale at the nearby store and I bought quite a big batch of these fruits.
This creamy, sweet, a bit tangy berry-licious smoothie is perfect for this summer’s quick and healthy breakfast.
- 1 Cup blueberries, frozen or fresh
- 1 Cup strawberry, frozen or fresh
- 1 ½ Cup low-fat milk or almond milk
- ¾ Cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp honey (optional)
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
