Is there anything better than chunky Guacamole to serve with chips and nachos? OK, OK..except spicy Salsa? No! Right? Ditch the restaurant style Guacamole and make chunky Guacamole at home with fresh ingredients. It obviously tastes better and more flavorful than any store-bought or restaurant’s Guacamole and you will be going to love it. Guacamole is delicious and when topped on a toast, it’s delicious and filling and undoubtedly, makes a perfect, quick, and healthy breakfast or snack anytime. These Avocado toasts are an absolute must try.


It’s so convenient and easy for me to make a healthy breakfast whenever we have ripe avocados at home. Do I need to tell you the serving suggestion? Well, NO! Serves 2

For Toast

  • 4 Bread slices
  • Butter

For Guacamole

  • 1 Avocado, peeled
  • 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp red onion, crushed
  • 1 Tsp oregano
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • Salt as required
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Step 1- Take all the guacamole ingredients in a bowl, mash using a fork or hand keep until you get a smooth guacamole. Keep aside the guacamole. Apply butter on the bread slices and toast them. Take one toasted slice and spread the guacamole. Follow the same for the other slices too
