Recipe:

Step 1- In a large bowl take whole wheat flour, carom seeds, salt, and oil. Using water knead to a soft dough and keep aside

Step 2- In another bowl break the eggs, add all the omelette ingredients and whisk for a minute

Step 3- Take the dough and divide into 3 equal parts. Take one ball and roll into a roti, brush oil. From one side fold one-third of the roti and from another side fold over the previous fold and again brush oil. Fold the rectangle from both the sides to make a square and roll into a square roti

Do the same for other dough balls too

Step 4- Heat a griddle/tawa and place one paratha on the hot tawa. When you see small bubbles flip the paratha

Step 5- Let it cook for a few seconds and then using a spatula gently open the middle layer of the paratha. Spread 2scoop of the egg mixture and cover the layer. Let the paratha cook from one side, apply oil and flip the paratha. Apply oil on the other side and cook until you see golden brown spots. The paratha will puff up and it will be thick because of the omlette stuffed inside

Transfer to a plate and cook all the parathas same way. Serve with chutney or sauce
