Pan Fried Chipotle Chicken with veggies is our new favorite meal for dinner. The Chipotle Pepper, red chili pepper, lemon juice, butter, and garlic salt really gives the chicken a spicy and flavorful taste. What’s there which cannot be made delicious with chipotle pepper? 😀
I really like Chicken which is pan-fried or baked to the perfection with minimal ingredients and should not be too chewy and dry. Though lemon-pepper is the most common one and I have tried it a few times, I really wanted to try something which is delicious and full of flavors in every bite. I and the husband loved the chicken which I baked for a chipotle burrito bowl a few weeks before and we wanted to have something like that only.

A perfect, delicious, flavorful chicken recipe for your outdoor barbeques and grilling sessions. This is a classic recipe to make an easy grilled chipotle chicken which you can use to make Taco, Burrito, Wrap, Fajita Chicken, Salad, or to be served with baked/grilled veggies and what not! 😉 Trust me, it will really make your meal delicious.
I have this Chipotle Pepper Ground from the Sprouts store and it’s really good. DO not forget to grab a box of it when you are there the next time. You can use the spice powder for making Fajitas, Baked Chicken, Tacos, Burritos, or just sprinkle on any baked or pan-fried meat dish you want to enhance the taste.
This recipe is really flavorful if you marinade chicken for at least 2-3hours or more, though you can be a little flexible about the marination timing. It totally depends on you, try overnight if not in a hurry.

- 2 Chicken breasts, make slits
- 1 ½ Tsp Chipotle pepper ground
- 2 Tsp Garlic salt
- ½ Tsp red paprika/ chili powder
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 Cup green beans, ends trimmed
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Oil/butter for cooking

Step 1- Spread chipotle pepper, garlic salt, red paprika, and butter on a plate and coat the chicken breasts with the masala evenly. Refrigerate for 2-3hours or more (better overnight)
Step 2- Heat oil/butter in a large skillet pan, and pan fry the chicken breasts and green beans on the medium-high flame. When the chicken is cooked from one side, flip the chicken breasts. Transfer the cooked beans to a plate and keep aside
Step 3- When the chicken cooked through both the sides, turn off the flame. Squeeze lemon juice on the cooked chicken breast and it’s ready to serve
