I so wanted to bake a pumpkin spice bread this season but my health has some other plans it seems. 🙁 I even have some chopped pumpkin and I thought I will use for making Pumpkin Spice Puree at home. Nevermind, while shopping at Costco, I find this KRUSTEAZ Pumpkin Spice Mix for Breads, Pancakes, Cookies, and waffles. Amazing! Is’n it??? Using this KRUSTEAZ’s Pumpkin Spice Bread Mix, it’s very easy to prepare this delicious bread. Just a bit of whisk and stirring of ingredients together, pour in the baking pan, and bake as per instructed. TaDa..as simple as that.

Serves 1 Bread Loaf (9*5 inch Baking Pan)
- 1 Packet KRUSTEAZ pumpkin spiced bread mix
- 1 Packet of crushed pecans
- 2 Eggs
- ½ Cup oil
- 2/3 Cup water

Step 1- Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, and water until well blended
Step 2- Add the pumpkin spiced bread mix and fold using a spatula. Add half of the crushed pecans to the batter and fold
Step 3- Grease a 9*5 baking pan with butter and pour the batter into the pan. Gently tap the pan on the counter to set the batter. Spread the pecans on the top of the batter
Bake for 50-52mins or until the toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the bread loaf cool down completely before slicing.
Store in an airtight jar and refrigerate for 3-4days and enjoy. 🙂
