Methi Ka Paratha- When fresh green Methi Leaves combined with whole wheat flour, few spices, ghee, and salt make a delicious and healthy breakfast. Fresh Methi leaves have a strong aroma which gives a nice flavor to the Parathas. Whenever I get a bunch of fresh Methi leaves from the store I always make Methi Ka Paratha. This is not only healthy and tasty but requires minimal effort and filling too. I love eating Methi Ka Paratha with a cup of ginger tea.
