To get the perfect crunchy Makhanas, roast them on medium-low flame until you get crispy and crunchy Makhanas. Store in an airtight container to keep them crispy. If by any chance they turn soft and chewy after 2-3days, roast them on a medium flame for 2-3minutes and you are good to go.

- 1 Tsp chat masala
- ½-1 Tsp red chili powder (as desired)

Step 1- Heat ghee in a pan, roast makhana on medium-low flame until it turns crispy and you see little brown spots on the makhanas
Step 2- Switch off the flame. Add all the spices and required black salt. Mix thoroughly until all mixed well. Enjoy a handful of these makhanas between your meals or serve with evening tea
