Mini Aloo Kulcha With Whole Wheat Flour | Mini Aloo Kulcha

Mini Aloo Kulcha is a crowd pleaser and looks very appetizing. Unarguably, Parathas are one of the best Indian breakfast. Though sometimes it gets boring to eat the same thing every alternate day. In that case, serve them in an interesting way and I promise you, there won’t be any leftovers. How cool is that? It’s raining here today and being a North Indian, I can’t think of any better breakfast than this. Rain+Aloo Kulcha+Tea= HAPPY ME!

How this idea came into my mind? This is not the first time someone is making mini parathas, I am sure people out there who have kids they are way too creative in serving the regular dishes in an awesome way. So I was watching a TV show called “The Final Table” where the Chefs serve the dish in a mind-blowing way and I was AMAZED to see that. I wanted to do something like that but the short of time didn’t allow me to showcase my talent. 😛 Haha…just kidding! Hopefully, someday I will be able to match at least 10% of what they do. Till then keep cooking! ❤

You can make these Kulchas without a Tandoor. How cool is that? 😀 Use your regular tawa to make these delicious Kulchas at home. The making of Kulcha dough requires all-purpose flour but I have replaced the all-purpose flour with whole wheat flour to make it healthier. So, the next time when you crave for Kulcha and want to avoid the extra calories too, then try this Kulcha and I am sure you won’t get disappointed by the taste. These Kulchas are so easy to prepare at home with various other stuffings of your choice.
