If you are the one who loves Mexican food, then you must be knowing how important Tortillas are. Right? From simple wraps-to burritos-to tacos-to quesadillas, and many more, these tortillas are required. One tortilla = so many delicious dishes.
The one thing I miss here at my place is, the availability of various kind of tortillas. I won’t lie, but I do miss the store-bought tortillas. Don’t they just make your life easy? Yeah!? And who doesn’t want that? At least I do.
I have searched for tortillas online and it costs too much for just a few tortillas. Doesn’t looks like a good idea to me. So, I finally decided to try my hands at making them.
This is my first attempt at making tortillas at home, so pardon me if I have missed anything. I have given my best to not mess it up (Ha ha!).
Trust me, just ditch that store bought tortillas and try yourself. You won’t even regret it. Homemade are always the best.

All you need is, 4 very easily available ingredients and an hour. That’s it! They are fresh, they are chewy, they are pocket friendly too. Haha.
I won’t compare them to store-bought, because these are FRESHLY MADE and I am not that expert in rolling tortillas, yet. But still, I did a good job.

I have half-cooked the tortillas as I need them during dinner time. If you wish, you cook them full and store them in a tortilla warmer or hot-pot.
