Mexican Paneer Wrap

While everyone was posting about the Tiktok viral #wraphallenge and showing their culinary skills, I too was patiently waiting to try my hands on it.

No, I am not someone who follows every trend of Tiktok, but this being related to food made me do that.

Now that I have recently bought Mexican sauce and cheese dressing, what’s better way to use these in other than this?

Don’t overload the wrap with the stuffings otherwise it will be hard to fold and tortilla will break down.

We all know the pain of eating a wrap in a restaurant and creating a mess. Someone has found a solution to that. This wrap is surely a mess-free way to eat your delicious wraps without making a mess out of it.

Serves 4


  • 4 Tortillas
  • 4 Paneer slices, grilled
  • Chipotle dressing
  • Mexican hot sauce
  • Cheese slices – 4
  • Lettuce leaves – 4
  • Veggies, chopped into julians (onion, bell pepper), soak the julians in vinegar for 8-10mins
  • Mexican seasoning

Step 1- Make a cut in between two of the quarters from the edge to the middle. Refer the pic

Place a tortilla on a plate. Spread chipotle dressing on one quarter and put lettuce leave, spread mexican hot sauce on one quarter and put paneer slice, put cheese slice on one quarter, and vinegar veggies on the last quarter. Sprinkle Mexican seasoning

Step 3- Gently fold each quarter over the other. Toast the wrap in the pan or in a sandwich grill. Serve and enjoy
