After having a bad experience of eating cold and tasteless pizza from outside, I decided to bake it at home to satiate my pizza craving.
A bit of work and it would have been ready in an hour or so. Though don’t forget I have a toddler who wants me ALL-THE-TIME, when he isn’t doing anything that interests him (rare case though). So preparing the base and then baking the pizza isn’t an option here.
So, this mommy decided to do a quick-fix for that craving and here comes the store bought tortillas to my rescue. Thank God!

Tortillas are the best to make a thin-crust pizza.
All you need is- some cheese, toppings, and seasoning. Spread the sauce, add toppings, cheese, and seasoning. Cook! It’s ready. How cool is that.

Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 4 Tortillas
- 1 1/2 Cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 Cup pizza sauce
- 1 Cup pizza toppings (onion, bell peppers, jalapeños, olives etc)
- Pizza seasoning

Recipe:
Step 1- Toast all the tortillas on a skillet pan from both the sides for a minute

Step 2- Take one tortilla, spread pizza sauce all over. Spread mozzarella cheese and top it up with the toppings. Sprinkle pizza seasoning


Step 3– Heat a pan and keep the flame on medium-low, place the tortilla and cover the pan with the lid. Heat for 2minutes or as required until the underside is slightly brown and crispy


Remove from the pan to a cutting board. Slice it and serve hot to enjoy.


This is such a great idea… Lovely dish! Many a times, I use leftover chapatis in this manner!
