Eggless Chocolate Mousse | Easy Chocolate Mousse Recipe | 3 Ingredient Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate Mousse is a “to-die-for French dessert” which has occupied a very special place in almost every American restaurant now. Chocolate Mousse is amazingly light, soft, fluffy, and airy in texture and absolutely delicious in taste.

There are so many variations of Chocolate Mousse recipe and they all are truly amazing in taste. I have been looking for a tried and tested recipe for Chocolate Mousse with no fancy ingredients and raw eggs as I can’t stand the smell or taste of a raw egg, AT LL! Though to be frank, I have never felt any smell or taste of raw egg at any restaurant’s Chocolate Mousse but I was a bit skeptical about trying that recipe at home. So, to be on the safer side I tried Eggless Chocolate Mousse and trust me, just like any other Mousse recipe this too came out pretty well, fluffy and with nice airy texture.

Traditionally mousse was made using fine quality dark chocolate and also it tastes best when dark chocolate is used while making this. Feel free to use dark/ semi-sweet/ or milk chocolate or a mix of both. I have used 3:1 ratio of dark and milk chocolate as I like the mousse to be on a bit sweeter side. I have used heavy whipping cream in my recipe but many recipes call for heavy cream too.

You need only a handful of ingredients and you are all set to prepare this super easy dessert. No fancy ingredients have been used while making this still it can easily please a crowd with its fancy look. ❤  This dessert can be made ahead of time so, the next time you are hosting a house party make this dessert beforehand and serve to your friends and guests.

Note- you can use only dark chocolate morsels. I prefer my mousse to be a bit on the sweeter side that’s why I have used the combination of dark and milk chocolate morsels

Recipe:

Step 1-  In a saucepan take 1cup heavy whipping cream and just when it starts to simmer turn off the flame. In a bowl take chocolate morsels and pour the simmered heavy whipping cream and using a spatula mix well. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for 30-40mins

Step 2- Take the rest 1cup of heavy whipping cream and sugar (optional) in a deep bowl and using an electric hand mixer beat for 3-4mins on high speed. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30mins

Step 3- Take out both the bowls from the refrigerator. Using the electric hand mixer give the chocolate mixture a nice whisk and gently fold with whipping cream

Step 4- Using an ice-cream scoop fill the dessert bowl/ glass with mousse. Cover each bowl/glass with cling wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for 1hr at least to set. Serve and enjoy

Eggless Vanilla Cupcakes | Vanilla​ Choco Chip Cupcakes With Chocolate Fudge Frosting | Eggless Cupcakes

I have been on a serch for a simple dessert recipe where I can use my open can of condensed milk before I use the whole can in making tea. 😛 And what’s better than a soft, moist, vanilla flavored mini cakes/ single serving cakes…Yeah! I mean cupcakes! 😀 Vanilla cupcakes are the most basic cupcakes recipe and the best to start with. Nothing fancy about them yet they are delicious and addictive. ❤ Just a handful of ingredients and you are good to go.

I have used condensed milk in my recipe, though you can replace condensed milk with sugar and instead of using milk and vinegar mixture use 1cup buttermilk. Top and decorate these vanilla cupcakes with your choice of frosting and enjoy. Well, I like to eat them as it is. To me, they taste even better without any frosting.

Serves 12 Cupcakes

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 Cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 Tsp baking powder
  • ¼ Tsp baking soda
  • ¼ Tsp salt
  • 1 Cup milk + 2tbsp white vinegar
  • ¾ Cup + 2tbsp canola oil or vegetable oil
  • ¾ Cup Cup condensed milk or as desired
  • A handful of choco-chip
  • 1 Can chocolate fudge frosting
  • Cupcake sprinkles

Recipe:

Step 1- Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a bowl take milk and add white vinegar. Leave it for 7-8mins and it will curdle

Step 2- Meanwhile, In a mixing bowl take all-purpose flour, corn flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and whisk

Step 3- In another bowl, take oil and condensed milk and using an electric or hand mixer, mix until well blended. Add the vanilla essence and whisk

Step 4- Add the flour mixture and crudled mix in parts and mix it until well combined and make sure no lumps are formed

Step 5- Add the choco-chips and gently fold the batter. The batter will be thick yet flowing

Step 6- Line a muffin tray with cupcake liners and using a scoop fill the liners with the batter. Pour 2/3rd mixture into every cupcake liner. Place the muffin tray in the heated oven and bake for 16-17mins or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean from the center. Remove tray from the oven and let the cupcakes cool down

Step 7- Top the cooled cupcakes with your choice of frosting and sprinkles

Aam Panna Recipe | Aam Ka Panna | Tangy Mango Drink

Aam Panna is perfect for summer drinks as it is known for its heat resistance properties. You can make this sweet and tangy Aam Panna using raw mango and a handful of ingredients which easily available in every household. Ditch those artificial market drinks and instead make this healthy drink to tickle your taste buds and to rejuvenate your body and mind. 😉

In North India, the temperature rises to 45-50º Celcius in May-July which is too hot and harmful too. Hence many people consume this drink to stay safe from scorching heat waves of the summer season. Other than keeping safe from the heat waves this drink has other benefits too. The only reason I like summers is that it brings varieties of Mangoes and other seasonal fruits. Although the temperature here is not that high, though I won’t mind enjoying a glass of this Aam Panna.

You can make this Aam Panna concentrate and refrigerate it for longer use. Just add 3-4tbsp of this concentrate to a glass of water and enjoy any time. Instead of using sugar you can use jaggery which makes it absolutely healthy. I have used brown sugar here and it gives a slightly darker shade to my Aam Panna. If you want Aam Panna to be tangier then add lemon juice. Serve this cooling drink to your family and guests this summer and enjoy the AAM-mazing refreshing drink. 😉

Serves 2 Glass

Ingredients:

  • 1 Large raw mango
  • 4 Tbsp sugar, or as required
  • 1 Tbsp black salt, or adjust as required
  • 1 Tbsp crushed cumin seeds, roasted
  • 1 Tsp crushed black pepper powder
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves

Recipe:

Step 1- Boil 4cups of water in a pan. Wash and clean the mango and chop into 3-4pieces. Add the chopped mangoes to the boiling water and boil for 35-40mins on medium flame or until the mango is soft and tender

Step 2-  Transfer the mango pieces to a plate and using a spoon scoop out the pulp nicely. Discard the peels and let the pulp cool down

Step 3- Add mango pulp, sugar, black salt, crushed cumin seeds, crushed black pepper powder and 2cups of water to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and adjust water as required. Top with fresh mint leaves, ice cubes, and lemon juice and serve

Whole Wheat Chocolate Cookies | Whole Wheat Choco- Chip Cookies | Whole Wheat Cookies

These are a bit crunchy and a bit soft textured cookies. I guess these are one of the best cookies I have made so far. Healthy, guilt-free and Oh-so addictive. ❤

There are many ways to make choco-chip cookies, with eggs or eggless, with all-purpose flour or with whole wheat flour, or by mixing both of them, with or without cocoa powder etc…etc…and etc. 😀 So make your own version of cookies with your favorite dark/ light or white choco-chips and enjoy. You can bake these cookies right after making dough though I recommend refrigerating for 30-40mins as this helps the cookies to stay in shape without spreading out all over the baking tray.

These homemade cookies are healthy as they are made with whole wheat flour and instead of using white sugar I have used brown sugar here. You can replace butter with sugar oil to make it more healthy. SO there is no need to feel guilty about enjoying those extra cookies from the jar. 😉

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups whole-wheat flour
  • 1 Cup olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 Cup brown sugar
  • 1 Egg white
  • ½ Tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ Tsp salt (if using unsalted butter or olive oil)
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 Tsp baking powder
  • ¼ Tsp baking soda
  • ½ Cup choco-chips

Recipe:

Step 1- In a mixing bowl take melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg white. Using a whisk or spatula mix very well. Add the Stir in whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt (if using), cocoa powder, and choco-chips

Step 2- Mix everything with a spatula and then gather the whole mixture to form a dough. Do not knead the mixture. Divide the mixture into two equal parts an make logs out of it. Roll them in a parchment paperRefrigerate the mixture for 30-40mins

Step 3- Pre-heat the oven at 375ºF. Take out the rolled dough from the fridge and cut them into round cookies, ¼inch thick cookie. Place them on a baking tray and bake for 12-14mins

Step 4- Remove the tray from the oven and let the cookies cool down completely before storing in an airtight container

Paan Laddoo | Betel Leaves And Coconut Fudge

After all the Diwali sweets and snacks preparations, I was trying hard not to make more sweets and snacks for Diwali. But this Paan Laddoo was on my To Do List for a VERY LONG time. 😀 And Finally today I decided to make it. I went to the grocery store and before the Paan leaves went out of stock I managed to get some. 😀 Yeah, it’s hard to get Paan leaves here but luckily I got few of them. 😉 Last Diwali I saw this Paan Laddoo recipe flooding all over the internet and since then I was planning to make it. Out of all the sweets and snacks, I have prepared for this Diwali, this one is my MOST favorite. ❤

Paan Laddoo! Sounds AMAZING…Isn’t it? 😀 Well, that tastes AH-Mazing too. 😉 A pure delight for Paan lovers. Eating Paan after a meal helps in digestion and also act as a mouth freshener. I have tried Meetha Paan, Chocolate Paan, and Frozen Paan. All tastes good but trust me this Paan Laddoo is THE BEST. ❤

Laddoos are one of the sweets that can be made very easily and with few of the ingredients. And this Paan Laddoo is one of those simple, hassle-free, and easy recipes.  This is the same as coconut laddoo recipe, the only difference is we have added paan leaves here for flavor and stuffed with gulkand. These laddoos can be made instantly. So surprise your guests this Diwali with these Paan Laddoos. 😉 To know how awesome this laddoo tastes, make some. 😉

Serves 13-14 Laddoos

Ingredients:

  • 3 Cups coconut powder + 4tbsp coconut powder (or desiccated coconut grind to a coarse powder)
  • 1 Cup condensed milk
  • 8 Paan leaves
  • 2 Tbsp ghee
  • Few drops of green food color (optional)
  • 1/2 Cup gulkand

Recipe:

Step 1- Add chopped paan leaves and condensed milk to a food processor and grind till they are combined well

 

Step 2- In a pan heat ghee and saute coconut powder for 2-3mins on medium-low heat then add the condensed milk-paan mixture and stir well. Add few drops of green food color to give a nice green color to your laddoos. Cook for few more minutes and then remove in a bowl. Let the mixture cool down a little

 

 

Step 3- In a plate take few tablespoons of coconut powder to roll the laddoos. Grease your palm with little oil and take a small portion of the mixture and flatten it. Place a teaspoon of gulkand in the center and roll to make a laddoo. Roll the laddoo in coconut powder and follow the same process for remaining laddoos

Learn Step By Step Recipe With Pictures For Choco-chip cookies

Serves- 12-14 cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 Tsp salt (skip the salt if using salted butter)
  • 1/2 Cup butter (at room temperature)
  • 1/4 Cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 Cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 1 Tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 Cup choco-chips

Recipe:

Step 1- Take all purpose flour in a bowl and add baking soda, sieve it and keep aside

Step 2- In another bowl add sugar and butter and beat it until it becomes creamy and then add brown sugar and beat again

Step 3- Add milk and vanilla essence, whisk till it gets incorporated

Step 4- Add all the dry ingredients and beat until it gets incorporated. Dust choco-chips with 1tbsp all-purpose flour and then add to the mixture and fold them in

Step 5- Assemble using your hand. Do not knead like dough. You can also chill the dough for 15-20mins in refrigerator

On a parchment paper take a ball of dough put another parchment paper on top and roll into thick roti

Step 6- Using a cookie cutter (shape as you like) cut them

Step 7- Preheat oven to 350ºF at least for 10-12mins and bake cookies for 10-12 minutes. Remove them from oven and let them cool completely
