- 2 Heaped cup watermelon cubes, seedless
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tsp black salt or more
- 2 Tbsp sugar (optional)
- 6-8 Ice cubes
In a blender jar, take ½cup water, watermelon cubes, lemon juice, sugar and black salt. Blend to a smooth puree. Pour the drink through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl. Stir in 2 ½ cups of chilled or cold water and pour into the mason jars. Add the ice-cubes and serve immediately.
